There is the ability to have up to unlimited users collaborate on the yearbook design with different levels of access such as editors, photo editors and viewers.
You can easily request people to upload photos straight into the software by simply sharing a web link. You then have the ability to review the images and assign them to sections within your book. Photos can be directly uploaded to specific sections of your book eg Athletic’s Carnival.
Organising images is a snack with the Manage Photos section where you can assign images to a section and copy it to other sections. You may also add Tags so searching for images when designing your pages is super simple. There is the ability to see images not yet assigned to a section also.
Proofing is made easy thanks to the software incorporating an approval process for each and every page. Once approved, pages are locked to prevent further editing.
The software has inbuilt functionality to import student profile images and names direct from your school photographer.
